Pricing

Published prices, so you can tell whether this fits

Published starting prices so you can tell whether this fits before you spend time on a call.

Final pricing depends on scope and complexity, and on the state of the data. You get a written scope and a fixed number before any work starts.

Project work

One-off engagements with a defined scope and a fixed number agreed before anything starts.

How the plans actually work

This is the part worth reading. Nobody enjoys being surprised by how their hours were counted.

  • Hours are planning guidelines, not a strict allowance. Some months run over, some under.
  • Plans are not unlimited support. They cover the work described, at the scale described.
  • Unused time does not automatically roll over unless it is written into the agreement.
  • Larger implementations are quoted separately rather than absorbed into a monthly plan.
  • Additional work beyond the plan is agreed and approved before it starts — never billed as a surprise.
  • Plans are month to month. You can stop with 30 days' notice.

What moves the number

  • How many separate systems the data has to come from
  • How consistent the existing data is — cleanup is usually the largest variable
  • What access is available, and how quickly it can be arranged
  • How many people need to use the result, and how much training that takes
  • Whether the work runs once or has to run on a schedule

On guarantees

What can be committed to is the work described and delivered. No specific financial result is promised, because promising one would mean guessing about a business LeBouef Data Solutions has not yet seen.

Common questions

How much does this cost?
A Data Assessment starts at $300. Focused projects start at $1,000. A full dashboard and automation build starts at $2,000, and ongoing monthly plans at $550. Published starting prices are on the pricing page so you can judge the fit before spending time on a call.
Can you provide ongoing support after the project?
Yes, through monthly plans starting at $550. Projects also include two weeks of support after delivery, so ongoing support is a choice rather than something you have to buy to keep the work usable.
Are we too small for this?
Probably not. The work is most useful when someone is spending several hours a week assembling reports by hand, which happens well before a business is large enough to hire an analyst. If your situation genuinely does not warrant the cost, I will say so.
Can you guarantee it will save us money?
No, and I would be careful with anyone who does. What I can commit to is the work described in a written scope and delivered under the agreement. Whether better visibility turns into better margin depends on decisions made inside your business, not on the dashboard.
