The same problem, from both sides of it
My work centers on complex project data and the executive reporting built from it. In large organizations, that kind of reporting infrastructure is expected. The systems are in place, the data is structured, and decision-makers can get reliable answers when they need them.
Smaller businesses often face the same reporting challenges without the same level of support. The data is usually there, but it is spread across accounting exports, job files, operational systems, and spreadsheets that have gradually become critical to the business. What is often missing is the time and technical expertise to bring those sources together and turn them into something reliable.
The traditional options are not always a good fit. Large consultancies are built for larger budgets and broader projects. New software can help, but software alone does not resolve inconsistent definitions, disconnected systems, or numbers that do not reconcile. The difficult part is usually determining what matters, establishing a trusted source, and building a process that can be used consistently.
LeBouef Data Solutions focuses on that gap. The scope stays practical and intentionally focused: analytics and data systems that improve visibility, reduce manual work, or support better decisions. If a project does not create a clear operational or financial benefit, it is probably not worth doing.
How the work runs
- The person who defines the scope also does the work. There is no handoff between sales, strategy, and delivery.
- Every job starts with the business question. The goal is to understand which decisions matter and what information would improve them.
- Every metric is documented. Calculations, assumptions, and source data are made clear so the work can be reviewed and maintained.
